THE SACRED LAW

I. THE BINDING OATH

By entering this digital sanctum (the “Site”), you, the Witness, agree to be bound by this Sacred Law. This is not a mere agreement; it is a covenant between you and Acethetix Studios Pvt. Ltd. (“Acethetix,” “we,” “the Lore”). If you do not accept these terms, you are forbidden from participating in our rituals.

II. THE SANCTUM & ITS PURPOSE

Acethetix provides a portal for witnessing and acquiring wearable relics (“Relics”) forged from the digital art of summoned creators. The Site, its lore, its art, and its code are all part of the Sanctum. Access is a privilege, not a right.

III. ENTRY & CONDUCT OF A WITNESS

To acquire Relics, you may need to create an account. You swear that all information you provide is true. You are responsible for guarding your access credentials. Any soul who uses your credentials will be considered you. Conduct that desecrates the Sanctum—spam, harassment, fraud—will result in immediate expulsion.

IV. THE RELICS & INTELLECTUAL FIRE

All content within the Sanctum—the art, designs, text, logos, and the underlying code—is the sacred property of Acethetix and its summoned artists. It is protected by divine and mortal laws (copyright, trademark). You may witness it, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit, written permission.

V. THE EXCHANGE: ACQUIRING A RELIC

All prices are listed in the designated currency. Payment is due at the time of the ritual (checkout). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or desecration of the terms. Ownership of a Relic passes to you upon our confirmed receipt of your payment and our dispatch of the item.

VI. FORBIDDEN ARTS

You are forbidden from using the Sanctum for any illegal purpose, to infringe upon the rights of others, to deploy malicious code, to scrape data, or to interfere with the sacred operations of the Site. Such acts are heresies and will be met with swift justice.

VII. DISSOLUTION OF THE PACT

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Sanctum at any time, without notice, for any violation of this Sacred Law. You may dissolve your pact by deleting your account. The laws governing intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability shall survive any dissolution.

VIII. DISCLAIMER OF ORACLE SIGHT

The Sanctum is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or omniscient. We make no guarantees about the future value or metaphysical properties of any Relic.

IX. LIMITATION OF BURDEN

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acethetix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sanctum or your acquisition of a Relic. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Relic in question.

X. GOVERNING LAW & JUDGEMENT

This Sacred Law shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. By entering the Sanctum, you consent to this jurisdiction.

XI. AMENDMENTS TO THE SCROLL

The Lore reserves the right to amend this Sacred Law at any time. We will post the revised scroll in the Sanctum, and the “Last Revised” date will be updated. Your continued presence after such changes constitutes acceptance.
